"Zoe" is a private publishing tool used by its owner to post content to the owner's own Instagram account (@zoe.dubaihomes) and YouTube channel (Zoe · Dubai Homes). It is not offered to other users.
Through the YouTube Data API the application uses the youtube.upload and youtube.readonly scopes on the owner's own channel only, to upload videos the owner has produced and to read the channel's basic details and video statistics.
The OAuth token is stored on the owner's server and used solely to upload videos and read statistics for that channel. Video statistics are stored as aggregate numbers to review what content performs well. No Google user data is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train machine-learning models.
With the account owner's authorisation, the application accesses only the @zoe.dubaihomes Instagram professional account: its profile and media list, the posts, reels and stories it publishes on the owner's behalf, the reach and engagement statistics of those posts, the comments left on those posts, and the direct messages sent to that account. It never accesses any other Instagram account's data. Followers' comments and messages are read solely to reply to them on the owner's behalf; automatic replies are limited to a fixed set of approved answers, and every other reply is approved by the owner before it is sent.
Comment and message text, the commenter's username and the reply sent are stored on the owner's private server for 90 days for the purpose of replying and of not replying twice, then deleted. Post statistics are stored as daily totals. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. If a follower asks to be contacted about buying property, their message may be passed to the owner's partner estate agent only with the follower's explicit request.
This website sets no cookies and collects no personal information. Interactions on Instagram and YouTube are governed by those platforms' own policies. Comments and messages on Zoe's accounts may be answered with the help of automated software; they are read only to reply, and are not sold or shared.
The owner can revoke the application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google) or in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (Instagram); either invalidates the stored token. Any person whose comment or message the application has processed can ask for that data to be deleted by sending a direct message to @zoe.dubaihomes or an email to privacy@zoedubaihomes.com with the word "delete"; the stored text is removed within 7 days and the request is confirmed by reply.
